Investigating the effect of service satisfaction and game satisfaction on the formation of the audience's behavioral intentions in world club wrestling matches

The purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of service satisfaction and competition satisfaction on the formation of the audience's behavioral intentions of world club championship wrestling matches. The research was descriptive and correlational. The statistical population included all the spectators of the World Club Championship wrestling tournament hosted by Khoramshahr city in December 2014, and 275 spectators were selected as a statistical sample based on a simple random sampling method. The data collection tool included the questionnaire of Yoshida and Jamiz (2010). The reliability of the questionnaire using Cronbach's alpha method is equal to 91. = α and the form and content validity of the said questionnaire was approved by 15 sports management professors and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was used to determine the validity of the questions. The results of the research showed that satisfaction with the service and satisfaction with the game are effective on the behavioral intentions of the spectators and the path coefficient is equal to 66/. and 70/. which was significant at the P<.05 level. Variables of access to facilities with a path coefficient of 69/. and the space of places with the path factor of 64/. It was effective and statistically significant on service satisfaction. According to the findings of this study, it can be said that access to facilities and space had the greatest impact on service satisfaction, which should be paid more attention to than other variables.
