Investigating the status of various organizational innovations in construction companies and determining its impact on performance
The purpose of this study was inferring situation of diffrent organizational innovation on construction companies performenc. In this research organization performance and innovation dimensions was given from compound model of Gundy and et al (2011), Wang and et al. and Elonen and et al.(2008) Theoretical approaches. Data were collected by clustered randomized sampling method By using survey-descriptive method and by using questionnaire technique on 208 person from patented construction company’s managers and experts in installation and contrition companies congress. For computing indexes validity, quantitative and qualititative face validity(by CVR method) and for computing indexes reliability alpha cronbach index with zero to one domain were used. In multi dimensional analysis in regression analysis part, different organizational innovation showed significant influence with organizational performance variable that product innovation variable had more influence than other variables on organizational performance variable. In analyzing part by using way analysis product innovation, marketing innovation and process innovation had the most influence and managerial/organizational and green marketing had the least influence on organizational performance, respectively. Also, we should say that in structural analysis part product innovation , green marketing and process innovation had the most influence level and managerial/organizational variables and marketing innovation had the least influence on financial progress. At last, by using (Confirmatory factor analysis) , we should say that both organizational innovation and organizational performance variables had significant correlation with two above variables.
