Compilation of Futsal development model of Tehran Province based on the theme analysis method

The purpose of this research was to develop a futsal development model in Tehran province. This research is of thematic analysis in terms of practical purpose, in terms of qualitative strategy and in terms of execution. The participants in the research were experts and informants in the field of sports, especially futsal, and university professors. Sampling was done purposefully and the total number of participants was 16. A semi-structured interview was used to collect data. After the finalization of the coding, 25 concepts in the form of seven themes including contingent factors (futsal as the most popular sport, universal and global phenomenon, increasing the active presence of women, paying attention to Tehranis' interest in futsal, society's tendency as a recreational sport, existence Talented youth in sports), interactions (cultural development of futsal, loyalty of fans to the club, attraction of spectators from playing with famous teams), development genres (modelling from successful countries in the world in futsal, development of professional clubs, awarding points), stages of development (creating local futsal associations, training futsal experts, training specialized human resources), development obstacles (lack of specific futsal tools and equipment, lack of codified and continuous planning, lack of coaches and academic experts, lack of scientific methods in talent search, weak management in the field marketing), values (sports as a factor for health and vitality, cultural activities) and resources (presence of basic futsal equipment, resources from attracting sponsors, suitable financial facilities) were extracted. Based on the findings of the present research, for the development of this sport in Tehran province, while paying attention to the necessary factors, it is necessary to formulate development plans in the fields of development resources, development stages, development genres, interactions, development obstacles and They are values.
