Identifying the policies, indicators and components of policy-making and performance management of education staff in one Kerman district using the foundation's data analysis method

Abstract:
The aim of the current research was to identifying indicators and performance management components of education staff in one Kerman district. The participants included professors and experts in educational management and education managers, who were selected as key informants through the purposeful sampling method of 13 people. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews. The reliability and validity of the data were calculated from two methods of review by participants and recoding by experts. The data were analyzed by open, central and selective coding, 111 open codes (concepts), 19 central codes (dimensions and components) and 6 selective codes (main categories) were counted. The findings showed that major and core categories in the form of six dimensions of causal conditions including (new technologies and work processes, new performance management, behavioral health, capable human resources), central phenomenon (learning and growth, honesty and criticism), background conditions (development of curriculum, redefinition of values, development of learning communities, focus on organization members), intervening conditions (government support, environmental changes, communication networks), strategies (revision of management structure, modification of laws and regulations and recognition of needs) and The results (intrinsic satisfaction and organizational growth) were upgraded to a higher abstract level.
