Pathology of failure to achieve the unity of command in managing social unrest and providing effective solutions

Abstract:
The present research has been carried out in order to identify the causes of the lack of unity of command in the management of social unrest and to provide effective solutions. The statistical population of the research is a collection of experts and military commanders of Bushehr province in 1402. The research sample in the qualitative phase included 15 experts and commanders of the police force who had management experience in past social unrest in their work records. In the quantitative stage, the snowball sampling method was used for the pathology of the unity of command, and in the quantitative stage, the sampling method for the descriptive investigation of the importance of organizational pathology in the realization of unity of action based on the three-pronged model is the multi-stage cluster method, so that Among the police departments of Bushehr province, three departments are selected and 65 employees are selected as a sample by simple random. The result of Friedman's test also shows a significant difference between the average rank of indicators related to environmental, behavioral and structural damages of the failure to realize the unity of command action at a significance level of Sig=0.000, in other words, the average scores obtained in the items of the desired damages are different from each other. And it has a priority order
