Study Basic components of the school counseling activities program based on upstream documents

Abstract:
The aim of the current research was to investigate the basic components of school counseling activities in upstream documents. Qualitative approach and thematic analysis method were used. The research community Consists of national documents inclusive of Document on the fundamental Transformation of education and the National curriculum. After analyzing the texts of the upstream documents, out of primary concepts identified in the upstream documents, which were in line with the components of school counseling programs, subcategories were extracted and subcategories based on common meanings and goals in main categories. were categorized and finally the main categories were arranged and structured into core categories which are; The orientation of the program, planning, provision of services, training, maintenance and evaluation of trainers, beliefs about training and trainers and systematic promotion of training. In the upstream documents, special attention is given to school counseling programs and targeting, fair and comprehensive coverage of services, attention to developmental stages, systemic view, the need for participation and promotion of school staff and families, and evaluation are emphasized
