Presenting a qualitative model of human resource management productivity with the approach of training agility with ground theory method

Abstract:

Human power is the most important part of the organization and one of the most important goals of any organization is to increase its efficiency and productivity. This matter is directly related to the internal resources of the organization. On the other hand, organizational agility is also very important, and the Customs Organization of the Islamic Republic of Iran, as one of the most important government organizations, urgently needs the productivity of human resources with an agile approach due to the type of services. Therefore, the explanation of this research was done by presenting a qualitative model of human resources productivity with an agile approach in Iranian customs using the ground theory method. The statistical population was made up of university faculty members and professors and human resources consultants. Interviews were used to conduct the research. The analysis of the information obtained from the interview was done using the grounded theory method. The results obtained from the research showed that the causal conditions in this research include a coherent organizational strategy, purposefulness of activities and qualitative improvement of forces. The background conditions in this research include empowering employees and creating interest in work among employees, proper behavior with clients and organizational ethics. The intervening conditions in this research include the ability of managers, responsibility and interaction between managers and employees. The strategies in this research include flexibility in programs, honesty of managers, psychological support of employees, innovation and acceptance of organizational responsibility. The results of this research include the capability of human resources, improvement of organization technology, ethics, responsibility of human resources, organizational commitment, psychological security of human resources.
