The official system and smuggling goods; exploring its roots & providing preventive solutions

Nowadays smuggled - Customs crimes is - propounded as one of the important challenges of civil society and the penal justice system. Rising rate of the commission of this crime as an evidence of economic crime and the relation of it with official corruption phenomenon which intensify its damaging effects on different parts of economic, politic and social system is led to write programs at international level which emphasis on preventionmethods for fighting against official corruption.In addition to explaining the reasons of official corruption and its relation with the occurrence of smuggled customs crimes by studying the United Nation's programs in the prevention field and also by studying the effect of it on the legislative criminal policy of Iran, this paper has tried to present some methods for preventing of smuggled customs.
