The consciousness vigilance of the ever-living poets

The consciousness is the vigor that makes the human free. All of the ever-living men of the history were trying to keep the people conscious and aware of their surroundings.The poets are the most powerful people who can keep others conscious and aware, for their tools are “words” and “music.” The power of poem is imbedded in its ability toarouse the variety emotions of the listeners. This articlecovers the poems of Persian poets such as, Hafiz and SA`adi –the Old Iranian poets-- and the poems of one of thecontemporary Arab poets Abu-al Qasim al-Shabi. Though barriers of time, place and language distances existed between the two Iranian poets and this Arab poet, they allspeak of one dialog…and that is the dialog of consciousness vigilance.
