The Return of Criminology

Returning of criminology is an ambiguous term. It may be asked whether it means that the criminology has made the humanity researchers re interested to a new scientific discipline. Considering the fact that from the beginning of criminology at 19th century until now the discipline has been always engaged by new, methodic, and experimental developments, the answer will definitely be negative; i.e. the discipline has been never disturbed or destroyed. In fact, based on a variety of its educational facts, criminology has nothing less than other sciences of humanity. Hence, the term “return of criminology”, implicitly or explicitly, means the effect of criminology in criminal policy as a key factor in structural orientation.
