The concept of work conscience is the essence of an organization and it has a vital role in materializing its structural appearance. The structural appearance consists of establishments, structures, outputs, and attitudes. Research has shown that structural elements give rise to the attitudes, which in turn affect individual attempts at hard work. Structural elements include rules, regulations and the infrastructure within the constraints of which individuals behave.Behavioral elements include substance, culture, values, knowledge, motivation, expectations, presuppositions of the organization’s value of work conscience and hard work. Much needed are values such as commitment, hard work, use of superior and efficient scientific elements which are essential in today’s organizations. It is the presence of valuable and conscientious managers of an organization that make it a pertinent one insociety, working towards its advance and progress while aiming to establish social justice and well being. Socially conscious organizations have recognized the role of hu- man resources in work and are well aware of the value of committed, conscientious and hard working work force. That is why they spend a great deal of managerial time and organizational resources in creating an environment that motivates employees tobecome parts of a more effective outcome. Indeed the Leader’s emphasis on these elements underlines their importance in our country’s sensitive position. Adhering to them will lead to organizational and social advance and progress.
