    Purpose

The COVID-19 epidemic forced the education system to enter a new era of online education. The distance learning model has absorbed new experiences that require the transfer of activity planning from the traditional format to the online format. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of online classes on the satisfaction of physical education students.

    Method

The present study was an applied and correlational study that was conducted in the field. The statistical population of the present study consisted of physical education students across the country. G-power software was used to estimate the statistical sample. For this purpose, using Non-probability Sampling method, 490 questionnaires were collected among physical education students online through WhatsApp and Telegram to collect data. In this study, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics including Pearson correlation and multiple regression at the alpha level of 0.05 were used. SPSS software was used to analyze the data.

    Results

The findings of the present study indicate that all components of online classes were significant predictors of physical education students' satisfaction. Among the components of online classes, Instructor’s Prompt Feedback was the highest (0.20) and Student’s Expectations (0.14) was the lowest predictor of student satisfaction.

    Conclusion

According to the findings of this study, in using e-learning as a platform for online classes, it is necessary to place more emphasis on components such as quick feedback that satisfies students. On the other hand, we should not ignore the components that had less effect on student satisfaction.

    Purpose

The purpose of this study analyzes influence factors on future of customer interaction with the service environment in sports clubs using structural analysis.

    Methods

The present study is applied in terms of purpose and in nature based on new methods of future research, analytical and exploratory science which has been done by applying a combination of quantitative and qualitative models. The population of this study was executive and academic experts in quantitative and qualitative sections that were selected purposefully. The qualitative data were obtained through an open questionnaire through interviews and quantitative data used in this study numerically and by weighting Delphi's questionnaires. This study used environmental scanning method in qualitative sections and final analysis was performed on 12 recursive matrices. The collected data was analyzed using Micmac software.

    Results

The findings showed 16 basic criteria on future of customer interaction that were inclusive environment aesthetics, satisfaction, offering integrated service, core service, excellent value, convenience, employees, social exchange, presence of other customer, value addition, trust, commitment, information exchange, marketing mix, customization and speed of service delivery. Furthermore, the findings showed that customization factors, added value and presence of other customers are the most important variables affecting the future of customer interaction with the service environment in sports clubs

    Conclusion

Adapted from the Findings, the most important necessity and task of the managers of sports clubs is to provide the basis for expanding customer interaction with the service environment. This is made possible by designing different patterns of customer interaction with the service environment in the future.

    Purpose

Physical activity includes a wide range of health benefits that can protect people from diseases and provide and strengthen their mental and physical health. Therefore, in the present study, situational coping strategies, psychological well-being and life satisfaction in athletic and normal students will be compared.

    Method

The leading research method was descriptive causal-comparative. The statistical population of this study was all undergraduate students of Mohaghegh Ardabili University. From this population, by sampling multi-stage clusters (university, faculty, department and finally the classroom, respectively), 200 people were selected. (100 athletes and 100 normal people) and the Situational Coping Strategies Questionnaire (SCSBQ-28), the Ryff Psychological Well-Being Scale (RSPWB-18) and the One-Question Life Satisfaction Scale (LSS-1) were administered to them. The method of analysis was multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA).

    Results

The results showed that athletes use uncompromising strategies significantly less than normal people (MD= -1.478, P= 0.023). Also, psychological well-being (MD= 7.667, P< 0.001) and life satisfaction (MD= 0.956, P= 0.007) of athletes are significantly higher and with a very desirable level than normal people.

    Conclusion

Cultural and sports managers can encourage individuals and organizations to perform and budget to increase these activities by considering the psychological benefits of sports activities. Psychotherapists and counselors should also consider sports activities as behavioral techniques to promote well-being and satisfaction.

    Purpose

The existence of creative and innovative people in education and other scientific and educational centers is more necessary. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between transformational leadership style and innovative behavior of physical education teachers and school principals through the quality of educational services in girls' schools in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province.

    Methods

This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of this study is all principals of girls' schools with 505 and all female physical education teachers with 220 students in Chaharmahal Bakhtiari province. The statistical sample of this study was selected using Morgan table and randomly selected 220 school principals and 140 physical education teachers. Data collection tools were Bass and Olivo Transformational Leadership Questionnaire, Standard Questionnaire for Quality of Educational Services and Innovative Behavior Questionnaire for Physical Education Teachers. To determine the validity of the measuring instrument, the validity method of structural analysis was used and the reliability coefficients of the questionnaires based on Cronbach's alpha were 0.93 and 0.75, respectively. In this study, in order to analyze the data, descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation and variance) and tilt and elongation test were used to check the normality of the data and Pearson correlation tests were used to test the hypotheses. This data processing operation is performed by SPSS software version 23.

    Results

The results indicate that there is a significant relationship between the transformational leadership style of school principals and the innovative behavior of physical education teachers  (r = 0.214) and the quality of educational services (r = 0.215).There is a significant relationship between the quality of educational services and innovative behavior of physical education teachers (r = 0.418) and there is a significant relationship between transformational leadership style and innovative behavior of physical education teachers and school principals mediated by the quality of educational services.

    Conclusion

By adopting a transformational leadership style, it is possible to improve the quality of educational services in order to create innovative behaviors in physical education teachers.
