    City is the greatest symbol of human civilization and has been built for safety and comfort. However, uncontrolled urban growth regardless of urban patterns caused some anonymous and unsightly images of the cities and also increasing expansion of cities made urban entranceindustrial applications and irrelevant with this rapid development in its placeand does not have any spacial sequence with urban identity. Accordingly, this space became one of the most meaningless parts of the cities. This issue has an important impact on concepts such as Urban Identity, Urban Morphology, social and ecological aspects of cities. Thus, sustainable development tries to solve these irregularities from Human life. The aim of this investigation is the identification and evaluation of principles and aspects of sustainable development on city entrances identifying the concept, with a focus on urban landuse beside the project with approaches in urban lost spaces, then with preservation of environmental quality, mixed urban land use, tries to respond human needs for making good role for urban identity. The case study of this article is the entrance of Gorgan city, and the method of this research is   Descriptive and analytical.

    The purpose of this study was to design an effective organizational structure based on amoebic model approach at Mellat bank branches in Kerman province. The statistical population of this research consisted of 84 managers working in Kerman Mellat bank, while sampling has not been done due to the limited sample size and it was considered according to sample population. Only 71 of the 84 managers cooperated with researchers to answer questions. In order to describe and analyze the data collected through questionnaires, tables of descriptive attributes mean, standard deviation, variance and statistical charts and Radar and Box diagram, t-Student test, Binomial, Friedman, and Pearson and Spearman correlation  were used while all statistical analysis were performed by SPSS software . Data analysis showed: 1 - According to the designed Ameba model, in the surveyed organization and its tendency to integrate workforce, human relations model is the significant pattern to improve effectiveness. 2 - There is a direct strong and significant relationship between organizational structure and effectiveness, and as the results shows: Managers should adopt a structure correlating with the status and conditions of the organization. 3 - Regarding their organizational structure, the Kerman province Mellat branches, are in a structured situation. 4 - Organizational Effectiveness of these branches is in good condition. 5- There is a significant difference between the eight components of organizational effectiveness of Mellat bank branches in Kerman province.

    Outsourcing in many of large, medium and small scale international companies is considered as a solution to reduce costs and increase incomes; it doesn’t imply that increase in outsourcing level isn’t involved with any problem. Although companies benefit from outsourcing to economize their costs (cost saving), there are unsuccessful outsourcing experiences which cause lack of achievement of the expected service level. Despite such issues, companies prefer to outsource their information technology (IT) services. The purpose of this article could be stated as identifying effective factors which cause IT companies face risks during outsourcing of their IT projects. Such objective is investigated using meta-synthesis method and prioritized factors. Besides, their influence level is determined using questionnaires. In the present study, effective factors influencing risk of IT projects outsourcing are extracted. Main variables consist of: contract, costs, security, legal factors, new technologies and innovation, Contractor exclusive issues and finally client items. These variables are validated by experts of this field then distributed throughout the companies which have ranked primarily by the Informatics council. They have been given (hold) the exploitation permit from previous industrial and mines ministry. Concerning descriptive statistics, among the 39 factors, the factors which were given the highest priority are as follow respectively: First of all, deviation from the contract terms and conditions. Second, insufficient allocation of time to execute the contract, and third, contractor poor performance, Forth, costs due to undelivered items and Finally using the contracts which aren’t prepared based on a specific procedure.

    In recent years due to economic sanctions and some problems in the executive budget emerged at the country, the topic of change management within the organizations and governmental companies has been taken into account by senior managers. A variety of models and patterns have been proposed in the context of current status existing in the companies. This paper intends to apply Tichy's Technical, Political, Cultural model to show Iranian Airports Company works at which areas and fields. Further, after recognizing the most important area, an effective prioritization of it has to be proposed. The statistical population of this research entails the personnel working at the department of aviation Operations within the company. According to the results from the Delphi method used in this paper, one can say that the company encountered difficulties and damages in five main areas of strategy, systems, structure, human resource management and organizational processes, where a large body of difficulties emerged at human resource management so that the company needs revise and modify this area.

    Although concept of social capital has glabal validity, but evaluation criterion of social capital can be different in each context. In this research, an Iranian criterion is conpoiled for evaluation of social capital. Data is collected from 402 professors and student of Humanities majors in three universities and are tested by factor analysis. The results indicate that social capital includes 4 aspects of structural, institutional, cognitive and normative. Also, in society of Iran, demopraphy variables such as gender, age, education, maritual status have strong relationship with some of the aspects of social capital. In order to measure the validity of evaluation tool, its relation with entrepreneurial orientation is studied. Strong relationship between social capital and entrepreneurship orientation was observed.

    Women in the developing countries are considered the prime hope for promotion of families and growth and development of their countries. Success of entrepreneur women in these communities not only leads to economic benefit but also provides social and cultural benefits. The present research aims to study the role of psychological factors on entrepreneurship and financial independence of entrepreneur women of Mazandaran Province. Research method is of library and field type. Statistical population consists of 1000 entrepreneur women holding a technical and vocational skills certificate in different fields. Then, upon collecting the questionnaire containing 48 questions and analyzing the said questions, research hypotheses were tested. Findings have revealed that there is a direct and indirect meaningful relationship between all tangible variables of learning spirit, inner control, independence at work, risk-taking, creativity, innovation, determination and perseverance and intangible variable of entrepreneurship and financial independence of women. Moreover, all variables of learning spirit, inner control, work independence, risk-taking, creativity, innovation, determination and perseverance on entrepreneurship and financial independence of women of Mazandaran Province. Finally, it has concluded about what subjects involved authorities and managers should be more concerned for more development of the said Province.

    Choosing a proper technology is one of the most important challenges in establishment and expanding of an industrial unit. In the cellulose industry, various technologies can be used and each of them includes advantages and disadvantages. In this case, technology selection is very critical, therefore the cellulose industry is considered as the case study in this research. The ANP method is one of the latest amongst the multi-criteria decision making methods and the technology selection is also a multi-criteria decision making challenge. In the first step of the research, the expert’s opinions are used to detect the alternatives. In the next stage, a model is chosen from the previous. In order to determine the level of dependency of each criterion on the considered industry, criteria are sifted by Shanon Entropy technique. In the next step, another questionnaire is created by means of the current DEMATEL technique, in order to detect the expert’s opinion about interior dependency of different. The last questionnaires are developed for the pairwise comparison between model elements and for comparing the alternatives. Finally, the resulted data are imported to Super Decision software in order to evaluate the alternatives and consequently, the most proper technology is selected.

    This research evaluating of various factors to estimate the success of CRM projects within automotive industry. The main objectives of this research are examination of the strategic factors and identification of the factors causes’ success occurs in CRM projects within automotive industry. Another side examination of the tactical factors and identification of the factors causes’ success occur in CRM projects within automotive industry. The present research is an applied study using descriptive method. Applied research aims to develop applied knowledge in a specific issue. The method of present study on how the data collection provided is descriptive from the survey type. A statistical population is a set of entities concerning which statistical inferences are to be drawn, often based on a random sample taken from the population. The sample size consists of 53 individuals of the statistical population where it is selected among experts in customer relationship management system within automotive manufacturer companies. The data has been gathered through questionnaire used as the preliminary information sources. According to the obtained results, however, the status of implementing Customer relationship management (CRM) in automotive industry has been reported proper on the whole, some dimensions and components to implement this system have not set in a proper condition. Comparing the dimensions, the highest infrastructure and conditions belong to technological and hardware, cultural, support, efficiency, managerial, empowerment dimensions in implementing consulting company. Among six dimensions observed, the managerial and empowerment dimensions have not reported with proper status in implementing CRM.

    The main purpose of the present study is to investigatethe effect of knowledge management inmplementation in Pasargad insurancewith the aim of the firm`s ablity to achieve the goal of being a knowledge oriented organization. The secondary objectives of the study include the realtion between knowledge gathering and creation, knowledge storage and maintainance, knowledge transmission, knowledge distribution, use of knowledge and knowledge enrichment (dependent variables). This work is an applied study using correlation-descriptive mthod. The statistical population of he study involves 31 members of Director of Boar`s members, managers, assistants, and some experts of Pasargas insurance`s central office. Sampling has been done using compound method (random stratified and clustering methods). The data has been gatherd using questionnaires distributed among 28 people with respect to Morgan`s table.

    According to article 38 of Iran’s civil law, the owner of the land is the owner of the above of land and the underground of the earth of the mentioned land. Mines are parts of the earth, on the ground or under the ground. We know that some natural resources can be created again but mine are not such resources. From the legal point there are some ideas about the owner of the mines. Although the ownership of the mines for private persons is limited, from the economy point we can not only permit to the government for using the mines.
