This study explores the existence of Look-To-The-East idea in Malaya during Japanese occupation era between 1941 and 1945. During this period, the field of journalism and press have been dominated by the Japanese administration or Malayan Military Administration (MMA). Mass communication mediums such as newspapers and magazines have been used as propaganda tools by MMA. Their main purpose was to dominate the field of journalism and press printing to gather people's support in their war campaigns. The government also exploited newspapers and magazines to obtain cooperation from people in all plans they wished to implement. To dominate the field of journalism, MMA had instructed that all efforts related to the publication must obtain prior authorization. Although the printed media in Malaya then was made the propaganda tool by the Japanese administrators, the Look-To-The-East idea was propogated through various newspapers and magazines such as Berita Malai, Malai Sinpo, Semangat Asia, Suara Timur and Fajar Asia. This study explores the existence of the Look-To-The-East idea that can be found in Malai Sinpo newspaper and Semangat Asia magazine. It can be divided into politics, social, culture and arts, language, economy, youth, women, family, religion and education areas. This study is centralized upon and focuses on only the social area.

Bangladesh has made tremendous achievements in different health indicators, including maternal health (MH), over the last few decades. An increase in the availability of and accessibility to maternal health care (MHC) services is one of the prime reasons for the current improvement of MH. The study therefore took an attempt to explore the issue of MHC services, provided by different organizations in Rajshahi city, with the specific objective of finding out how far poor women had the availability of and accessibility to MHC services. The research used both primary and secondary sources of data. A triangulation of method (interviews of service recipients and providers and field observation) was used for collecting primary data. The data was collected during March and April, 2013, from two slum areas in Rajshahi city. Total number of sample is 200. Almost all respondents have the nearest healthcare centres providing good quality MHC services within their reach. The findings of the study suggest that there has been an increase in the availability of and accessibility to MHC services in the study areas which ultimately helps further improvement of MH.

In this paper a method for automatic power regulation, with the Elimination of the two-mass system provide winding of volatility has been eaten. Intensification ratio control method is effective in controlling system of two mass. Intensification ratio control method is effective in controlling system of two mass. In this method, the intensification of the frequency ratio between the motor and the shaft torque feedback automatically according to the image (s) have been estimated for reaction with the torque reactions are determined by a clear picture-maker is estimated position (PSD). Accordingly, in estimating the parameters do not need to diagnostic and information with particular accuracy of bolt corrosion in the hands of will. Move the system to be compatible with the environment by having a torque reaction force sensor, a picture can be observed. Automatic power regulation system based on PD control than conventional and controlling is intensifying. In this article, determine the method of optimum PMU pole studied and are caused by the environment, the control of producer-driven disorders by observation axis and will discussed without it. Automatic power regulation system, proposed in the present article, may be narrow and quench internal screw Torque with recipe and photos are also eaten with input of external resources to match the unknown forgive fulfillment. The results of numerical simulation and the possibility of combining the proposed method shows.

The production of energy is not a new term scattered. The traditional structure of the electric power industry has always been based on the absence of active electrical energy production resources in a distributed network, has been based. By increasing the amount of installed capacity, production and these resources because of the different technologies in the construction and use of productive resources, the effects of such resources in parallel operation and connect them with the distribution network to prevent degradation of power quality, reliability and the ability to control the distribution network is very important.

Incorporated in electrical systems, electrical energy in the form of large central power stations by takes place. In the early years of the emergence of continuous systems, usually with annual growth of about 6 to 7 percent in electric energy consumption was met. In the 1970's oil crisis issues, such as environmental issues and new problems for the electrical industry expressed, in such a way that in the1980s the invoices and the economic changes, resulting in a reduction of approximately 1.6 times growth to 3 percent per year, respectively. At the same time the cost of transmission and distribution of electric energy as well as to increased significantly. Therefore, the production of large central power stations by, often due to the cost increase slowdown time, transmission and distribution, getting acute environmental issues and technological changes and different legislation were impractical. In this article, we try to study the general definition has been scattered resources will be carried out in different countries, then the evaluation of the benefits and disadvantages of them.

Wireless sensor network consist of many sensor nodesthat deploy in area unattended, these nodes sense area’s eventsand send data to sink, an important property of these nodes is energy constraint, and so considering energy efficiency in theproposed protocols in this area is unavoidable. One of the mostpractical solutions is clustering, that means, instead of sendingraw data by nodes individually, after Cluster head election, nodes form clusters and send their data to cluster head, then cluster head send processed data to sink, and this consume lessenergy. LEACH is one prominent clustering protocol in wsn thatuses probability theory without considering location and energy. In this work we propose a new clustering protocol that solvessome LEACH problems in clustering. Our proposed algorithmimproves the performance and increase the network lifetime. This work uses fuzzy logic theory in two parts in algorithm: 1)CH election and 2) cluster membership. We simulate proposedalgorithm in MATLAB, based on results we can conclude thatour proposed algorithm works better than LEACH.

The aim of this study was to develop criteria and indicators for administration quality assessment of Iran’s high schools (case study: Kohkiluye & Boyer Ahmad’s high schools). In this regard, the most important and fundamental criteria and indicators of school administration assessment were collected and then the data was investigated by accreditation experts. Afterwards, the final and approved framework by experts and specialists was implemented in Kohkiluye & Boyer Ahmad’s high schools to determine the administration quality of schools. This study is applicable and data collection method is descriptive due to the study nature and its fundamental aim that is to establish and accreditate of high schools quality assessment’s criteria and indicators. The study statistical community at accreditation phase included 300 line and staff experts of Kohkiluye & Boyer Ahmad’s education department and quality assessment specialists of universities, and in pilot implementation phase, the statistical community was all of Kohkiluye & Boyer Ahmad’s high school administrators. Both accreditation and implementation phases’ tools were researcher made questionnaire. Descriptive methods and one sample t test was used to data analysis. The findings show that all of criteria and indicators were assessed in high desirability level, and by t test calculation for each criteria and indicators with specified degree of freedom (sig = 0.000) value is less than the allowed error (0.05), so it is concluded that these factors, criteria and indicators were approved by specialist and in (high) schools assessment process, they are important and acceptable criteria and indicators. The results of pilot implementation of proposed framework indicated that the result of quality assessment of the schools’ administrators was evaluated (4.1860), so desirability level is "high".

Operational auditing is an independent review including all aspects of an organization and an operational auditor has an overall objective to assess the quality of internal controls including its effectiveness and efficiency of operations, reliability of the financial reporting, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Operational auditing determines to what extent the manager has used the most efficient resources to achieve the most effective results. The aim of the research is to study whether applying risk-based audit would lead to increase the auditing efficiency process in operational auditing. In this research, Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) technique has been used to measure the efficiency. We can calculate the efficiency by some inputs or outputs in DEA method. To compare the obtained efficiency of operational auditing by DEA, inferential, non-parametric (or distribution free) statistical tests are used. SPSS and LINGO software and Compare Means are used to measure the efficiencies in the research. T-test results for average efficiency comparison have been divided to both model and non-model states and show that the risk-based average efficiency is significantly more than the non-model state. It is therefore concluded that applying risk-based auditing model can increase operational auditing efficiency process in output-oriented method.
