There are different interpretations on the ongoing events in Syria. Some commentators believe the current developments come from the Syrian social group's will. In their analysis, they consider an approach based on the political dictatorship of the Syrian government as the main factor behind the country's social crisis. Some others believe that Syria is the geopolitical border of political radicalism with the Arab World's conservatism. Therefore, the United States and the Arab world's conservative countries intend to prepare the grounds for the overturn of the radical states. Based on such an approach, the US intends to organize and harbor civil disobedience and political riot as part of efforts to topple the Syrian government. The article aims to firstly, study the social structure of Syria; and secondly, determine the US strategy of regime change in Syria. Barack Obama's foreign policy in the Middle East is based on the viewpoint that the revolutionary and radical systems can be toppled through democratic revolutions in those countries. The issue is regarded as an economical model for political change and putting an end to the revolutionary legitimacy of the anti-American governments in the Middle East. The US objective in applying the policy of regime change in Syria can be considered an indirect confrontation with Iran's geopolitical situation in the Middle East.

The U.S. Attorney General announced on October 11, 2011 that the government had thwarted an Iran-backed plot to assassinate the Saudi envoy to the United States in a Washington restaurant. Saudi Arabia and the U.S. protested to the Security Council of the United Nations by their own letters. These letters show that they consider the issue a matter of security. So it is necessary to be brought before the Security Council. But Iran’s position shows that for her it is not a matter of security. The theory that can explain this difference of position on the issue is securitization theory which explains who it is possible some consider on situation as a security threat and others do not. By securitizing, a securitizing actor successfully presents a threat or vulnerability as a threat to the existence of addressee and acquires its approval for urgent measures. The U.S. steps on the presentation of the plot, indicating it as a matter of security, and the impact of them on other states and its outcome explain the process of securitization of the “plot to assassinate the Saudi ambassador to the United States”. It shows that in some cases the securitizing of the “plot” has been successful and in some other cases has not.

Discerning social movements is accomplished on the basis of their dialogue typology. The language used will lead into a discernment of those movements. Nature and function of social movements is based on the definition they give of themselves. Such a condition is witnessed in Wall Street social movement; a movement that contain social and economic signs, has been a source of economic protests in various historical eras and is regarded a symbol of social movement in September and October 2011, formed on the basis of economic demands. The issue can be brought up here that in current era, social movements enjoy a comprehensive and multi dimensional nature. Therefore, it is natural that such movements leave behind different consequences. The Wall Street movement can be regarded as a reaction to the model that is based on the global governance. Although globalization has been developing since the early 1990's, its consequences can be witnessed two decades after the time that "Fokoyama" declared as inevitable the era ofLiberal Democracy's victory over the rival ideologies. Wall Street movement sends the message that globalization of economics will not only be threatening for the developing countries, but its consequences can jeopardize the lower social group's status in the capitalist world. Wall Street movement can be known as a reaction to Milton Friedman's economic Neoliberalism. Friedman tried to determine the transition through a financial crisis in a capitalist system via therole of multi-national companies in organizing regional markets. Based on his approach the stage was set for the formation of a process that is related to the global governance, globalization of economy, and globalization of politics.

Building security is done when regional countries enjoy the necessary motivation for multilateral cooperation. Motivation is regarded a geopolitical necessity for regional cooperation among the countries located in the crisis-hit region. Iran's regional security region has specifications as such; next to Iran's security and geographic borders, various signs of danger and instability are witnessed. The expansion of geopolitical infiltration of the United States in the Middle East and the South-West Asia can be named as one of the main reasons for the emergence of such a situation. This is the main issue in the spread of the instability in a regional field. Thereby, a question can be put forward here which is ' how can provide security building process in a regional field'?. The condition is brought up under the circumstances that regional players and big powers stress the necessity of balance and regional stability. The article attempts to firstly, study geopolitical foundations of instability and insecurity in the South-West Asia. The study cannot be possible without considering terrorism-exporting waves and existential fundamentalism from Saudi Arabia to the South-West Asia. Secondly, Pakistan and Afghanistan are located in the shatter security belt area; a region that has witnessed coup d'états, military occupation, security interference, and the endless security challenges in the past four decades. And thirdly, new extremists are being formed in Pakistan and Afghanistan that are not subsets of Al-Qaeda and Taliban groups, but benefit from the violent models. Examples of such groups are "Hezb-al-Tahrir" (or al-Tahrir Party) and the "People's Publicity Party." The groups have been introduced as "Transitional Belt" by the US State Department; the groups that have emphasized the necessity of identity clashes and prepare the ground for their members to enter extremist groups such as the Taliban and Al-Qaeda. This indicates that not only geographical and identity environment in Afghanistan and Pakistan have the necessary requirements for absorbing faith forces into the extremist groups, but also the US military actions have led to the crisis intensifying and the social groups confronting the US security and military forces in Pakistan and Afghanistan, as well.
