Background
Considering the existence of FRDE (Fundamental Reform Document of Education) as a national guideline, there is a need to design strategies for physical education and sports in schools, so that due to the limited resources, reaching the desired targets and plans outlined in the FRDE become possible.
ObjectivesThe purpose of this study is to strategically plan the physical education and sports of Iranian students using the QSPM matrix with a mixed (qualitative-quantitative) method.
MethodsThe sample of the quantitative section was physical education staff members of the general departments and headquarters (deputy, director, and expert) which was a total of 120 people. The main search tools were as follows: 1- The questionnaire, In the qualitative part, the participants included thirteen professors and knowledgeable experts in the field of education who were interviewed to determine the main components of the questionnaire. 2- IFE, EFE, and SWOT matrices were used to determine the strategic position and strategy development and a quantitative strategic planning matrix (QSPM) was used to prioritize the strategies.
ResultsThe results showed that the strategic position of physical education and sports in Iranian schools is in an offensive position and has six strengths, six weaknesses, six opportunities, and six threats. Analyses determined Four SO strategies, two WO strategies, two ST strategies and one WT strategy, and a total of nine strategies.
ConclusionIt seems that based on the prioritization of strategies, the promotion of students' motor literacy, as well as a healthy and active lifestyle as the main targets in physical education and sports in schools, should be considered by policymakers in this field.

آگاهی از نقاط قوت و ضعف شهرها، برای ارایه طرح ها، سیاست گذاریها و برنامه های شهر ضروری است. در واقع استفاده از شاخص-های اقتصادی، اجتماعی، کالبدی و غیره می تواند معیاری مناسب برای تعیین جایگاه شهرها باشد و زمینه های رفع مشکلات و نارسایی های موجود برای دستیابی به توسعه مطلوب و واقعی به وجود آید. بر این اساس هدف از این مقاله تعیین جایگاه شهرستان پیرانشهر به لحاظ شاخص های برنامه ریزی استراتژیک و اولویت بندی استراتژی های توسعه شهرستان است. گردآوری داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه بوده است. تحقیق از نوع توصیفی و تحلیلی است. حجم نمونه براساس فرمول کوکران برای گروه شهروندان برابر 382 نفر است. در گروه مدیران 50 نفر و در گروه نخبگان نیز 50 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. تعیین جایگاه شهر با استفاده از مدل SWOT و اولویت بندی استراتژی های توسعه شهر با استفاده از ترکیب روش تصمیم گیری چند معیاره و شبکه عصبی کوهونن در نرم افزارهای EXCEL و MATLAB انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد به لحاظ استراتژیک شهر پیرانشهر در موقعیت رقابتی قرار دارد. خروجی شبکه کوهونن نیز استراتژی« توسعه مبادلات برون مرزی و تقویت بازارچه مرزی تمرچین در راستای شکل دهی به اقتصاد پایدار بر مبنای بازرگانی داخلی- خارجی» را بعنوان بهترین استراتژی توسعه شهر مشخص کرد.

In fact, the use of economic, social, physical, etc. indicators can be a suitable Criterion for determining the status of cities, and fields of solving the problems and failures are created to achieve the desired and actual development. Accordingly, the purpose of this paper is to determine the position of Piranshahr city in terms of strategic planning indices and prioritizing the city development strategies. The research is descriptive and analytical. The sample population in this study consisted of three groups: urban managers, urban elites and citizens the sample size was identified 382 people for the citizens group according to the Cochran formula. In the group of managers 50 people and in the elite group 50 were selected as samples. Positioning of city was by using SWOT model and Prioritization of city developing strategies was performed by the SWOT model and prioritizing the city development strategies using a combination of Multi Criteria Decision-Making method and Kohonen neural network in MATLAB and EXCEL softwares. The results showed that the city of Piranshahr is in a competitive position strategically. Also the output of Kohonen neural network identified strategy of developing of foreign exchanges and strengthening of Tamarchin boundry market in order to shaping a sustainable economy based on internal - foreign trade as the best city development strategy.

Every country, cit y, and athletic event offers products and services to attract tourists and every tourist can choose one of different destinations or events. This research was conducted with the aim to study the factors attracting tourists toward athletic events.
Methodologythe present research was conducted using descriptive- survey method in the field form. The sample size consisted of 319 individuals (n=319) of touristsvisiting Iranian national football teams competitions. In order to gather data, the Wimbledon questionnaire was employed. Its validity was confirmed by ten professors of Guilan University and ten tourism experts (it was previously determined to be %86 using CronbachsAlpha technique). Research finding were analyzed at a significant(p ≤0. 05) employing binominal distribution test.
Findingsresearch findings indicated that factors of advocate motivation, and the destination and novelty are very important in attracting the tourists, whilethe factors of self- evolutionism was not considered as an effective one the presence oftourists in athletic events.
Conclusion and discussionresearch results showed the factors ofadvocate motivation, the destination and novelty play an important role in the presence oftourists in our sport events, while the factor of self-evolutionism is not so important in thiscase. Thus, it is suggested that the motivations of tourists visiting our athletic events shouldbe carefully studied and identified and considered in the planning in order to attract more tourists toward our sport events.
