The study is to determine the productivity of Iranian sport federations in the championship category which was conducted through a research project under the influence of limited time domain as a research design guide and using a researcher-made questionnaire. Also, in the structuring stage of the tool, with emphasis on content validity, the qualitative method of exploratory interview with the table of thought was utilized by using the wisdom of the head of female sports federations. The content validity, formality, appearance and scale of the questionnaire were verified and confirmed. The reliability of the questionnaire was also tested using Cronbach’s alpha and with a coefficient of 0/96, a desirable coefficient of reliability was obtained. The statistical population of the study consisted of senior managers of Iran’s Olympic federations, which given a limited number, managers of all federations (26) were considered as a statistical sample as a whole. To analyze the data, t-test of two correlated groups (in order to compare productivity indices) and intensity of effect (in order to evaluate productivity) were used. The results showed that there is a significant difference between the theoretical mean and the observed mean of different aspects of the productivity of Olympic federations in the heroic aspect and in the financial, material and human components (p <0/01) and the productivity of these federations is lower than the average or expected. According to the findings, the authorities and sports caretakers of the country have to do sports improvement and improve the athletic sport, develop appropriate strategies and promote sports championship in the country in different fields with their national supervision.

In this research, with the aim of evaluating championship productivity indicators in Iranian Olympic federations, a research project that is influenced by a limited time domain is introduced as a guide to studying trends and Using a researcher-made questionnaire, the content, formality, appearance, and criterion of the synchronous type were evaluated by the reliability of the instrument emphasizing the Cronbach's alpha method, and with a coefficient of 0.92, the reliability coefficient was obtained. According to inferential statistics analysis, t-test statistical models (in order to assess the views of experts and managers of Olympic federations in relation to productivity indices), and using the method of lysis and prioritization, the coefficients t, showed that the Iranian sports federations in the champion component show lower standard productivity in financial, material, and human components.

The present study aimed to determine the productivity of Iranian Olympic federations in the professional dimension and it was a process research conducted as a survey under the influence of limited time domain. The research was conducted using a researcher-made questionnaire. The content, face, and criterion validity of questionnaire was examined and confirmed; and the tool reliability was tested using the Cronbach's alpha leading to the desirable coefficient of 0.96. The statistical population consisted of senior managers of Iranian Olympic federations; and managers of all federations (26) were considered as statistical samples by the full enumeration due to the limited number of managers. Data was analyzed using the Paired-Samples T-Test (to compare the productivity indicators in financial, material and human components with an emphasis on the professional dimension in desired status, and identify gaps) and the effect severity (to evaluate the productivity). According to results of financial component and mean values, the mean desired status was higher than the current status in indexes namely the commemoration of heroes and pioneers; setting up local camps; development of infrastructures; and promoting local championship levels, but due to the significant t and high effect severity, the indices namely budgets for dispatch the knowledge application had the effect severity of less than 0.05; and the mean difference of desired and current status was lower than other indices of financial components in the professional dimension. Finally, it was found that the productivity of Iranian Olympic federations was lower than the standard level in this dimension.
