Development of a Model for Bus Terminal Locatingon Based on Max-Min Ant Colony Algorithm

One of the most important issues faced by some cities at extra costs is incorrect terminal location. Considering advantages and disadvantages of each qualitative and quantitative location methods, a new method, of combininged qualitative and quantitative methods, will be have been suggested. It that has none of the disadvantages attributed to the said above-mentioned methods. The suggested method is among from the p-median location method familys.The p-median is one of the complex optimization problems. Whereas solving such problems accurately is so complex, time-consuming, and sometimes impossible, it is suggested to solve it through a meta- Huristic method – a combined method of maximumin ant system and Neighborhood search – in a bid to get an optimal solution.
