Formulating the Pattern of the Islamic Organizational Culture

Abstract:
The Islamic organizational culture is a common and relatively a sustainable pattern compiled of values, beliefs, and fundamental ideas. Creating any kind of fundamental changes and developments in the organizations depends on the knowledge and understanding of the organizational culture and of the values of a society. The aim of explanation of the Islamic organizational culture is to introduce the organization individuals with it and to take suitable strategies needed to solve the internal and external problems of the organizations. In order to formulating the pattern of the Islamic organizational culture through a descriptive and exploratory study; the author has tried to collect data and finally has offered a pattern by identifying the main and important variables. Four types of cultures including culture of business ethics, mission-centered culture, participative culture, and the knowledge – based entrepreneurship culture are explained in this pattern accompanied by their indices.
