Psychological capital and intraprunership among faculty members

The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between psychological capital and intraprunership among faculty members at University of Isfahan. Therefore, 165 faculty members were randomly chosen out of 463 members as sample group of the study. The Luthans et.al (2007) standard questionnaire was used to analyze the psychological capital and the researcher made quessstionnaire was used to analyze the intraprunership at the university. The results indicated that there is a significant and positive relationship between psychological capital(self-efficiency, self-confidence, hopefulness, optimism and flexibility) and intraprunership of faculty members.Also, the regression analysis showed that none of components of psychological capital can soley predict intraprunership among faculty members.
