To evaluate bureaucracy through official power: The issues of bureaucratic in the 21st century

In this article the two positive and negative aspects of Bureaucracy have been investigated and therefore the power sources of Bureaucracy are presented in these three dimensions: the ability to endure, political power and the power of skillfulness and knowledge. Afterword the four significant elements that put the Bureaucracy's authorization in danger in the 21st century have been also reviewed. According to our findings, this is proved that by considering all these threatens against Bureaucracy in the 21st century; this is the most appropriate method to apply for many different kinds of official responsibilities in the office area.
