To Determine Technology Management Position in Sepah Bank using Analytic Network Process and VIKOR

The management of technology is a vital determinant of long-run success or failure of organizations. Because technology is an importance factor in extension of world economic, so existent and new technology management influences on business level. This paper analyzes technology management position in Sepah bank and proposes an approach based on combining Analytic Network Process (ANP) and VIKOR techniques for understanding relation between competitive advantages and preferences of the bank. Therefore, for weighting criteria is used ANP technique and VIKOR method to ranking operational plans of the bank. In this paper, is surveyed the group understanding of Sepah bank’ managers, so that the results obtained can help the bank’ managers to expedite targets and guidance plans.
