Investigating Factors Affecting Interpol Efficiency

This article is based on a study under the title of the analysis of the effective factors in the efficiency of Tehran international police. Regarding the importance of the role of the international police headquarters in the police organization and the public security of the country as well as the development of our police interaction with the police of other countries, this article investigates the effective elements in the efficiency of this organization using the system theory. The results of this research indicate that the efficiency of this organization is not acceptable at present. However the same factors including more interaction with the other units of the police, other institution of the country and secretariat of the international police and the other members, legal improvement, people awareness and the development of personnel training can improve the performance of this organization.
