Message:
Abstract:
This research was carried out with the aim of surveying organizational factors affecting the level of entrepreneurship in agricultural cooperatives. Through a descriptive-correlation method in 1990. The data were gathered through literature review as well as fieldwork. The reliability of the questionnaire was approved by eligible experts and the reliability was calculated (Cronbach Alpha = 0.88). Statistical population comprised managing directors of agricultural cooperatives of Hamadan Province which are under Ministry of Cooperatives. The entire statistical population was covered and no sampling was made. At the end, 93 managers were surveyed. The findings show a positive and significant correlation between “incentive system and organizational culture” and “level of entrepreneurship” in agricultural cooperatives. Therefore, modification of structure of cooperatives, setting cultural norms in line with entrepreneurship development, familiarization of members and cooperative bodies, and elaborating incentive mechanisms to develop entrepreneurship are recommended.
