Relationship between the Quality of Work Life, its Components and Job Stress

The research purpose is to assess the relationship between the quality of work life، its components and job stress among the secondary-school teachers in Khoy. The sample comprised 103 teachers who were selected by multi-stage sampling. The research tools included Quality of Work Life Questionnaire (QWL) and Job Stress Questionnaire. Pearson correlation and multiple regressions were utilized to analyze the data. Data analysis showed that there was negative significant relationship between the quality of work life، its components and job stress. Moreover، the combination of the three components of work life quality was a significant predictor in predicting the job stress among the secondary-school teachers.
