Effect of working memory software on self-esteem, self-concept and moddle aged memory

Introduction
Aging and middle aged population growth and increase in life expectancy، has changed the attitude towards elderly. However، decrease in cognitive performance of aged people has always been under investigation. This study was carried out to investigate the effect of working memory software on self-esteem، self-concept and middle aged memory.
Methods
This experimental study was carried out based on pre-test and post-test on experiment and control groups in Isfahan، Iran. 50 middle aged people were selected randomly and divided to experimental and control groups (25 people for each group). Measurement tools in this study were Wechsler memory scale for adolescents، Rogers''s self-concept and Aizeng self-esteem.
Results
Covariance analysis showed a significant difference in self-esteem، self-concept and control groups. But، after the software education، the differences in experiment group were higher.
Conclusion
Working memory software could strengthen middle age working memory، and upgrade their life style
