Study effect of biofertilizer on yield, yield component, oil and protein content in Cucurbita pepo var. styrica

In order to investigation effect of biofertilizers on yield، yield component، oil and protein content in Cucurbita pepo L. an experiment was conducted as randomized complete block design with 13 fertilizer treatments with four replications، at Agricultural and Natural Resource Research Station of Uremia، west Azarbijan، Iran، in 2008. The fertilizer treatment include: 1- phosphateye barvare2، 2- nitroxin، 3- thiobacillus، 4- control، 5- NPK، 6- animal manuring 7- dung fertilizer + phosphateye barvare 2، 8- dung fertilizer + nitroxin، 9- dung fertilizer + thiobacillus، 10 dung fertilizer + phasphateye barvar2 + nitroxin، 11- dung fertilizer + phosphateye barvar2 + thiobacillus، 12- dung fertilizer+ thiobacillus+ nitroxin، 13- dung fertilizer + thiobacillus + nitroxin + phosphateye barvare2. The results showed that there was significantly different at %1 probability level among biofertilizer treatments. The highest oil percent and oil yield (53. 2 percent and 1090. 1 Kg/ha، respectively) obtained from No. 13 biofertilizer treatment. The highest protein percent and protein yield belonged to No. 5 and 13 treatments. The maximum and minimum 1000-seed weight obtained from No. 13 and 4 (Control) (180. 9 and 100. 9 g، respectively). The complex fertilizer dung + Thiobasillus + Nitroxin + phosphate with twice fertilization (No. 13) have the highest fruit، biological and seed yield (110166، 12773. 1 and 2035. 5 Kg/ha، respectively) than the other treatments. As a result of this study، suggest to use 13 (dung fertilizer + thiobacillus + nitroxin + phosphateye barvare2) treatment for increasing quality and quantity of Cucurbita.
