Strategy of Preventive Management to Soft Power

No man can survive without security, hoping to be in the real world and the virtual world. In the new age, soft threat is an undeniable fact. So, the soft power is one of the features of the strong police (as the main organ of the internal security), in present age. Consequently, the important question in this paper is the strategies and prevention ways against soft threat or soft-war to access the soft power of police. The main objective of this study is to investigate and explain the role of preventative management of threat or soft-war on soft power. The methodology used in this study due to its theoretical nature, is descriptive-analytic type of attributive. On this basis, researcher provides the strategies of preventive management against soft threat or soft-war to access the soft power of police, with exploring to research literature and gathering general propositions and theorems. The results of this study showed that, although there are different approaches to dealing with soft threats, but preventive management based on harm reduction and strengthening the internal foundations, are the most effective approaches and components to encounter with soft threat and to achieving the soft power.
