A Research on the Companions of Imam al-Hadi

Connection of Shi’a hadith to the holy Prophet has been possible all the time through its connection to Imams who are his descendents – a connection made possible through Imams’ companions. Introduction of Imams’ companions and their writings, which narrate from Imams, is the best evidence for connection of hadith to the holy Prophet - a way always invoked by Shi’a. Introducing over 60 companions of Imam Ali b. Muhammad al-Hadi and their works, the present essay makes an attempt to prove that connection.
