An introduction to the concept of spiritual intelligence in organization

Meaningfulness of employees’ individual and organization life is considered as one of the strategic plans of organizations. Life meaningfulness doesn’t only deal with the notion of life, but it has a deeper look at it and investigates life considering all its features. The meaning of life cannot only realize through logical and emotional intelligence; but also, it entails using on intelligence beyond the two afore mentioned, that a third one, called “spiritual intelligence”. Not only can such an intelligence be useful in solving complicated problems, butalso it can be used to solve the most complex valued and sensible issues which cannot be settled by the strangest available software. To further understand such an intelligence and use it in resolving individual, group and organizational issues, we need to identify its structure and components. Therefore, this article aims at managers aware raising on spirituality intelligence and changing their attitude. Accordingly, this study explores and measures components of spiritual intelligence in an organization. The main question is that: what are the principal components of Spiritual Intelligence. Finally, some suggestions have proposed to avoid this damages that can be used by organization managers.
