Recognition of State Universities Entrepreneurship Indicators and Ranking the Universities in aspect of Entrepreneurship

Utilization of Entrepreneur forces in an organization can cause economic success. Entrepreneurs can start new economic activates، create new jobs and help the state to gain economic development. Recognition of the entrepreneurship indicators in universities and ranking the universities from this point of view can help the government and especially High education planners. To help the planners in policy making، this paper focuses on the identification of the indicators which influence on universities entrepreneurship. In order to determine Entrepreneurship intensity، a hybrid method framework consisting of Delphi Method، Analytical Network Process (ANP) and VIKOR is proposed and performed in several steps. In the first Step، a list of criteria is obtained by reviewing the literature of university entrepreneurship and localizing the indicators by using Delphi method. Then ANP was utilized to derive the weights of each criterion. In the next step، the evolution data were gathered through a questionnaire containing of indicator relevant questions. Finally the compromise ranking of the 30 universities which participate in the study، were calculated using VIKOR method. Moreover، this study applies Weight-Variance Analysis to suggest improvement actions.
