A study of the Relationship between organizational intelligence and learner organization in the Industry, mine and trading organization of Hamadan province

The main purpose of this research was to study the Relationship between organizational intelligence and learner organization in the Industry, mine and trading organization of Hamedan province.A correlation resarch method was used.The statistical population (N=180) consisted of employees of the organizations of Industry, mine and trading.Based on simple random sampling method and kerjce and morgan table about 123 subjects were selected as study sample.The research instrument were Albrecht's organizational intelligence and Bench Mark's learner organization questionnaire. The questionnaires validity reported as acceptable by experts and theire reliability was computed using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient equal to./97 and. /90. Findings showed that organizational intelligence (3/89) and learner organization (3/90) is more than average (3).Also findings showed that there was Significant relation between Organizational intelligence and learner organization components(r=./963). Finally the regression analysis showed that components such as knowledge application,shared fate,strategig insight, performance stress and agrement were the best predictor of learner organization.
