Cultural Intelligence and Organizational Citizenship Behaviour

Abstract:
This study examines the relationship between cultural intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). For this purpose, 108 employees from the Agriculture Education and Researchs Centers of Lorestan were selected. Research method is descriptive-correlative. Regarding the limited society, every member was studied using census method. Instruments of the study were cultural intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior questionnaires. Results indicated that there were significant relationships between cultural intelligence with organizational citizenship behavior. According to progressive regression analysis results, three components (cognitive, motivational, trans cognitive) have high capability to predict organizational citizenship behavior, that cognitive component has the most important role and the highest level.
