A study on the prohibition of hijab on Muslim women at western Countries And its discrepancy considering Human Rights

Hijab is a covering for women in all religions including Judaism, Christianity, and Zoroastrianism, as in Islam considering women as noble beings. By emergence of Islam, during history especially during crusade wars there were some moves on opposing hijab. However, after September 11th opposition and prohibition on hijab was intensified due to Islam-phobia, regarding Muslims as terrorists and the emergence of Islamic ideologies at western countries such as France, America, Belgium, Switzerland, Turkey, and republic of Azerbaijan. The purpose of the survey is to review the prohibition of Hijab at European Countries and its discrepancy regarding human rights.Our main argument is that the reasons for opposing the hijab in western countries are anti-Islam and Islam phobia. Due to the fact that theybelieve that Islamic hijab is the originator of Islam regarding that by spoiling hijab Islam could be spoiled completely. It seems that the prohibition and discrimination against women because of their covering is the violation of International and Human Rights, The UN Charter, The Universal Decrelation of Human Rights, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, International Conventions and Internal Constitution of the country. The research Method is based on content analysis of these documents.
