Identifying and Ranking the Factors Affecting the Human Resources Agility of the Iran Automative Industry

Abstract:
In today's rapidly changing business environment, organizations are convinced to adjust their strategy and structure in order to meet customer demand and enhance organizational agilility. One of the major organizational resources is the human resources. By HR empowerment, organizations achieve their goals and reach success. So agility is the key concern of employers and the identification of the factors that affect the HR agility is vital. In this Research, the factors affecting the Agility of employees used in previous researches have been categorized in six dimensions by the Iranian Automotive Industry experts and evaluated using the TOPSIS technique in ranking. The results indicate that some of the 13 identified factors are as follows: participation, empathy, feeling the need for agility, Cross Training, encouragement and support by management, relationship management, self-motivation, problem solving, job enrichment have more effect on the agility of employees in the automotive industry.
