Multiple Relationships between Perceived Organizational Justice and Workplace Spirituality with Organizational Citizenship Behaviors

Abstract:
Increasing attention to issues of justice and spirituality and its consequences in today's organizations, as an essential matter, aroused a great deal of research motivations. The purpose of this study was to determine the multiple relationships between organizational citizenship behavior, perceived organizational justice and workplace spirituality. 116 work staff of Shiraz petroleum refinery were randomly selected and the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Perceived Organizational Justice and Workplace Spirituality Questionnaires were administered on them. For analysis correlation coefficients method was used. Direct and indirect effects were computed via path analysis. Results indicated that the relations between organizational citizenship behavior and perceived organizational justice and workplace spirituality are significant (p<0.01). In addition the results of path analysis represented a proposed model with goodness of fit in relating between research variables.
