Organizational Transcendental Model in Islamic University Based on Holly Quran and Nahjolbalagheh

The present article aims to introduce an Organizational transcendental model in Islamic university based on holly Quran and nahjolbalagheh. The method of the research is library and analytical descriptive of the holly Quran and lectures, letters and quotes in nahjolbalagheh which are delivered as promotion of good and prevention of evil. The authors of the article investigated the components related to Islamic university as a transcendence organization from holly Quran and nahjolbalagheh point of view. The components of transcendence organization (Islamic university) are in three divisions: connection with Allah, connection with others and connection with us as a final model of the research. The authors of the present research conclude through foundation and putting the mentioned components into practice (connection with Allah, connection with others and connection with us), will be able to form a transcendence organization and it results in different aspects such as human resources,consumers,community and key effective results.
