The jurisprudential Theological Review of the Bible

Nowadays the review of "Bible" is an important and challenging issue, and especially with the spread of Christian publicity, it is worthy from jurisprudential point of view. However, for the careful jurisprudential judgment, it is necessary to clarify some theological discussions about the Bible. Therefore, the explanation of the verses in the Torah and the Gospel as well as the views about some theological issues such as "God" and "prophets" are taken into consideration. Then, the judgments of the nature and the status of the "Bible" by the Holy Quran at one point coincide with some critical viewpoints of theological scholars in West and are criticized from the jurisprudential point of view. Therefore, due to the jurisprudential nature of the present study, a common method is used with the difference that theological issues has the first and fundamental role in the discussion of the subject. According to the evidence and specially the internal contradictions which have been acknowledged by the western theological scholars, the findings of the research is that Bible has no verbal infallibility and considering the false concepts about God and the prophet, it has been written by human and is unholy and blasphemous, and its maintaining includes any activities in line with its survival and revival.
