Effectiveness of skillful self-assessment program on self-esteem, social self-efficacy and occupational stress

Introduction
The aim of this study was conducting skillful self-assessment program and assessing it`s psychological effects (self-esteem, social self-efficacy and occupational stress).Method
This research was kind of semi-experimental with pretest and posttest with control group. The research sample was composed of 62 workers montage line Iran Khodro factory that selected by convenient method. Research tool included occupational stress inventory (Osipow, 1987), social self-efficacy scale (Smith and Betz, 2000), self-esteem scale (Coopersmith, 1984) and skillful self-assessment program. For analyzing data was used of covariance analysis.Results
The research results indicated that self-esteem and it`s subscales and social self-efficacy had significant increase in posttest (p<0.01). Also, occupational stress and it`s subscales (except role charge) had significant decrease in posttest (p<0.01). According to research results can be said skillful self-assessment program is applicable in Iran with regarding cultural-social and economic differences among countries.Keywords:
