Hygiene in the Quran's view

Hygiene provides, protects and develops one’s health. Health is a necessary pre-requisite for the development and efficient use of the whole life. Allah, the almighty, has sent the Quran to guide whoever seeks His pleasure to healthy and righteous ways. Islam has introduced hygiene and health as divine blessings granted to human. As a result, Islamic law has paid special attention to the aforementioned blessings. The reason behind the revelation of the Quran is human education and guidance towards perfection but the Quran contains programs and guidelines to safeguard human from various physical, spiritual, psychological, social, devotional and reflective harms [aspects]. Therefore, it is necessary to employ health sciences to offer a deeper and more technical understanding of the concepts and solutions that promote hygiene and keep one’s health in the light of the Quran. Given this important issue, the author infers and offers twenty solutions on hygiene and rehabilitation, completely derived from the Quran.
