The Effect of Knowledge Management on Learning Organization Development in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering Research Institute of Iran

This study mainly aims to investigate the effect of knowledge management on the development of learning organization in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering Research center of Iran. Main research question is whether knowledge management has an impact on the development of learning organization or not. The research’s statistical population of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering Research Institute of Iran is 200 people in that 132 individuals was selected using simple random sampling and the Cochrane formula. The main tool for gathering research data was Newman’s KM standardized questionnaires and standardized questionnaire of Yang et al. typically, the current study is descriptive and descriptive in terms of purpose. Results of data analysis using SPSS software shows all components of the knowledge management have positive and significant effect on the development of a learning organization and knowledge transfer and sharing with determination coefficient of 0.535 and knowledge application with determination coefficient of 0.164 have the maximum and minimum impact on the development of a learning organization, respectively.
