The goals, principles and moral training methods in Saadi: s viewpoint

Abstract:
There have been great men in our society and Islam world who have had precious ideas about training, educating and mortality. Studying their viewpoint about moral training can help us to do our responsibility. The great Iranian poet,literary man and author,Saadi is among them. Saadi›s familiarity with Islamic culture and learning has specialized his literary works. He analyzes the society like socialist. The main aim of this paper is studying the goals,principles and moral training methods in Saadi›s viewpoint. The researching method is descriptive and it has first-hand and secondary research resources. First hand resources are the books that were written by Saadi. The issues related to educating and training have been noted by studying his literary works and has been categorized based on training effective factors. Secondary research sources are books that others wrote about Saadi›s literary works, especially Golestan and Boostan. The research conclusion shows that in Saadi›s quotes, lots of encouragement and persuasion to virtues and moral perfection and avoiding moral vices have been found. If people follow his ways in moral training, they will be led to perfection.
