Materialized Jihadi Management of Islamic Management (Case Studying the Construction Jihad in the First Decade of Iran: s Islamic Revolution)

The comparative study among the theories of Islamic management and empirical processes done within governmental organizations which have turned into operational and executive copies based on experiences, can lead to the engineering reconstruction of the official system of the country which is based on Islamic values and the realization of a true Islamic government. Hence, the article at hand, via library study method and with a descriptiveanalytic approach, has studies jihadi management in construction and aims at introducing jihadi management as the realized type of management based on Islamic values. Consequently, after citing five theoretical approaches on Islamic management and explicating the approach of «The Effect of Islami Values on Management», the performance of the Construction Jihad Organization, as a close one to this theory, has been analyzed. The attained outcomes of this article show that the central nucleus of the value jihadists is defined as «serving the creatures of Allah», «acting to acquire Allah›s satisfaction» and «endeavoring to obviate the obstacles emanating from the breach of the enemies», which are in turn adapted to the management approach influenced by Islamic values. In the end, by using the technique of the ‹storyline›, jihadi management has been defined.
