The Relationship Between Cultural Intelligence and Empowerment of Teachers; Case Study

Abstract:
The main purpose of this research is to study the relationship between cultural intelligence and empowerment of teachers of female schools in Tehran. The statistical community of this research includes 12680 teachers of female schools and 346 teachers were chosen by Cochran`s formula. The main tools for data collection was standard cultural intelligence questionnaire and standard questionnaire of Blanchart empowerment test. The present research is descriptive type and the aim of the research is descriptive-correlation. The research results analysed by SPSS, LESREL and correlation tests showed that there is a positive and meaningful relationship among all factors of culture intelligence and empowerment of teachers. Behavioral and motivating factors had the highest correlation with empowerment of teachers of female schools among factors of culture intelligence.
