The Role of Leadership Motivation, Leadership Efficiency and Social Networks in Leadership Intent of Management Students

Leadership as one of the most important elements has an important role in advancement in every organization. This study has been identified effective factors on leadership intent of students of management. The questionnaire of the study was according to previous researches and a part of that was designed by the authors. Validity of questionnaire was confirmed by comments of the experts and factor analysis in SPSS software. And its reliability was approved by using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The questionnaire was distributed among students of management at universities in the city of Tehran using Random sampling. The results analyzed by Amos Graphics software showed that leadership motivation, leadership efficacy and social networks have positive and significant influence on leadership intent. It was concluded that leadership efficacy and leadership motivation, social networks and leadership motivation, social networks and leadership efficacy have positive and significant Influence on each other.
