The Relationship Between Quality of Work Life and Loyalty of the Employees

Abstract:
Quality of working life and the loyalty are the variables which have recently attracted the attention of many managers. The aim of the present study is to investigate the relationship between quality of working life and loyalty of the employees of Eilam Province General Department of Libraries. The present study is the cross-correlation type. The population consisted of all the employees of Eilam Province General Department of Libraries among which 86 employees were selected by Morgan Chart through multi-stage cluster random method and they responded to customer loyalty research Walton working life quality assessment questionnaires. The data were analyzed using correlation coefficient statistical method and multivariable regression. The findings showed that the quality of working life of the employees in eight participation dimensions in organization, job promotion, individual problems solution, communication, motivation, job security, salary and allowances, job pride and job stress is effective on the employees loyalty.
