The Soft Power and Its Sources in the Mirror of the Noble Quran Verses

The power in the meaning of ability and capacity, in addition to its different kinds, has a different definition in the noble Quran and the current world political literature. The soft powers with meaning of attracting people and human society to the considered thought and act with avoiding aggression and force has a record equal to human life and in today’s political literature it has been re-emerged and colorfully and in order to compel its will to other it has been applied. The noble Quran besides applying the hard power in specific cases relies on his soft power. The Quran verses indicate the soft power of Islam against the soft power of arrogant people. The following note tries to introduce the soft power and its sources in the noble Quran verses. Familiarity with the soft power of Islam is necessary in order to protect and strengthen it, because it is from one side is a tool to influence and change hearts and human growth. From the other side, it is an obstacle that prevents enemies to access the Islamic society and its power sources. The present paper believes that the most of soft power of the noble Quran is to affect human insight and perception to the issues and problems which are effective in society guidance and human development. Creating the monotheistic perception in man, the perception and the Quran program about human being, world, the recognition of enemy, jihad and etc. are a little display of the soft power and its creating sources in the noble Quran that it needs intelligence to determine and propagandize.
