Exploration of factors and components affecting on alignment between individual and organizational goals in Nahj-AL-Balaghe

Abstract:
One of the historical management disputes between employees and organizations is how to align individual and organizational goals. Without alignment، the organizations will have many problems in achieving its goals and its effectiveness will decrease. The purpose of this research is to explore factors and components of alignment between individual and organizational goals have been elucidated based on NAHJ-AL-BALAGHE using library studies and exploratory interviews and then described with referring to NAHJ-AL-BALAGHE. In this study Delphi questionnaire constituted with 19 indexes and filled by 25 experts of Hawzah and university. After four repetitions، 14 specified indexes that have more impact on individual and organizationalgoals alignment which formatted 3 categories based on three dimensional models named structural، behavioral and contextual as independent variables and value as moderator variable. This research shows the importance of referring to Islamic resources in solving organizational and managerial problems.
