Studying Effects of Compensation Service Policies on Decreasing Financial and Official Corruption

The corruption issue is considered as one of the most important predicaments in the twenty first century and the part and share of the underdeveloped and developing countries is more than the others. By studying the effect of the income increase on the financial and official corruption decrease occurs to us and directs us that a large number of factors are involved in corruption, for instance, income factor could be mentioned. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate that there is a strong relationship between the amount of salary and corruption. That means if there is not a fair relationship between the staff's income and routine expenses, financial and official corruption would be the intentional or unintentional reaction. The majority of people would be pessimistic and that would be the cause of the organization's collapse. The researcher in this article, has interviewed some judges and staff who have encountered the corruption predicament and whose work places are prone to this problem. It demonstrates what problems in the creating corruption will occur in organizations and societies aspects if there is not enough attention to the staff's income. What is more, this is a purposeful sampling, rather theoretical approach, practical purpose and a combination of quantitative and qualitative data. Therefore, the study approach is a case study and as a result, according to the interviewers, salary improvement will decrease the financial and official corruption and it comes true by justice, staffing efficient and qualified human resources, meritocracy, giving key and highest social positions to qualified people, staff satisfaction and paying attention to the staff's abilities.
