The Clarification of Legislative inimitability of the Quran in Contemporary Exegeses (Case Study of Al-Manar and Nemouneh Commentaries)

One aspect of the Quran inimitability is legislative miracle. It means canonical injunctions of the Quran in both individual and social aspects have features which no one can bring like them. Coordination of the Quran with wisdom and human nature, its consideration to all aspects of human life, lakes of every contradiction in the Quran, offering of the Quran through illiterate person and its accordance with the sciences and etc are some aspects of legislative inimitability of the Quran. Exegetes usually have given attention to this kind of Quran miracle. Rashid Reza and Ayat Allah Makarem are two of these commentators. They have considered widely to the social themes and concept in the Quran so that they show Quran legislative inimitability. Hence, sociology and social understanding of the Quran is prominent characteristic in their exegeses. This study attempts to show that the highest form of miracles of the Quran is legislative inimitability. So, it represents all of divine injunctions, belief principles, worshiping instructions, political and social rules which are accordance with the every time, everywhere and every one are different kinds of legislative inimitability of the Quran.
